I can’t help it. Please.

Somebody get me off of my knees.

Everyone sees me and flees

I can’t help but stay here and freeze.

I need you to help me.

I need you to help me to break free.

Take me out of my misery.

I’m saying this as my final plea.

Let me lay here

under the big tree

or by the sea.

I really hope that you’ll agree.

While everyone ‘ready broke free,

just let me lay here, carefree.

I can’t help it but feel free

Smoking lies and drinking tea.

Under the shade of this big tree.

While no one gives me the key

To a door that breaks me free

To a door that guarantees

A life that won't have miseries

A life without me on my knees

A life not crushed by thee

A life where I am set free

But for this I need a key.

A key to my life.

My life beyond the door.

Where can I find that life?

Do I need thy key?

How do I find this key?

Is this the key to end my misery?

The key is you.

The person who was there since forever.

The person who got to know me better.

The person who says we are together.

The person who says he lives forever.

The person who says he’ll never ever.

Leave me.

He took me to the exit.

He took me out of the wreckage.

He took care of my soul.

He took all control.

He said I won.

He said I’m his son.

He took all the money.

He said I’m no longer empty.

He said the world is wrong.

He guided me all along.

He took me to church.

He freed me of my curse.

My wasted life. He took it.

My biggest lie. He broke it.

He said that I could relate.

When I carried all that weight.

But how could I?

It was engraved on my stone.

My life, I made it my own.

I tried to make justice.

He said it just-is.

I said there’s no space for him in between.

I said not even a sunbeam.

What does this all mean?

I can’t see, not even breathe.

Can’t listen to the king.

Can’t believe with these thoughts in my head.

Maybe I should think of something else instead.

Maybe I should eat out of His bread.

Maybe I should go make my bed.

Maybe I should do what my Father said.

Maybe I should listen to my heart instead.

Cause I’m a diamond.

Give me the hardest rock

If anyone can find one.

He says ‘calm down son’.

‘You’re going too fast son’.

‘You have no medals won’.

‘I don’t need no stun gun’.

‘Only one pun, son’.

‘The tables have spun, son’.

‘Go on a run, son’.

‘Look at the sun, son’.

‘Your futures all done’.

‘Go have some fun, son’.

‘You don’t want the big gun’.

‘It' sa big one’.

‘There’s a party in heaven if you want some’.

Like Dax once said

‘God, can you hear me?’

I’m reciting at the top of my lungs

Barely breathing

Covered and soaked in my blood.

So give me this key please.

I swear I’ll do anything you ask me to.

Even if freezing is what you please.
