Take A Pause

It is said, life goes on

But, the irony is,

To experience it, we need a pause button to press!

No, don’t pause to live, but perceive a still

Pause to reflect, pause to appreciate,

Pause to thank, pause to create,

Pause to spread happiness and smiles

The solitude of life begins when we pause & breathe

Pause the louds, pause the mind,

Feel the heart, feel the beats inside

Recollect and acknowledge the inner peace!

Inhale optimism and exhale gratitude, that’s the significance of life,

Inhale & exhale are not just words of science

Every second is a new start to life

If it’s dark, the sun is about to rise,

If it’s ending, celebrate the new beginnings

And when I say this,

I PAUSED!

You know what the irony is?

I PAUSED to experience all this about life, and

Until now we believed;

Life Goes On Without a PAUSE!
