Stress

Mischievous twin of meditation is stress

It comes willy-nilly,

Like the convex lens–

It converges to burn the mind-game.

But I know how to subdue this wicked force

And how to focus on my goal to earn

I consume, digest and evacuate it,

For use and throw—

The art I have learnt

Of course, I have taken a blissful turn.
