Jewels crowned the night sky,

With stars that sparkle and shine and fade.

Mirroring the ships of the sea,

Which carry husbands and cargo and jade.

On stormy nights the seashore has

Anxious wives and merchants in trade,

All looking to the roaring skies,

To pray for what's truly theirs.

On warmer days the shoreline plays

Castles of sand and dreams

Tales of war and peace

And moonlit skies that make for pleasantries.

Come, sit by the seashore and listen to its many stories!
