Sparks of the Living Fire

Sparks of the living fire...!

Dissolving into one another, completely entwined,

Let us dance together,

Let us sing together!

As moonlight within the moonlight,

As seasons within the seasons,

We shall live, we shall love,

And transcend this mortal realm!

Verse 1

O rushing rivers, O cascading rains,

O melodic torrents pulsing through the veins of life!

O tender foliage and budding blossoms,

O fragrance of rain-soaked petals,

O unspoken dreams of silent whispers,

O innocent laughter of babes!

O bodies scorched yet drenched,

O vital sparks bursting from withered stumps,

O companions of all creation,

O benevolent givers of nature, O currents of cosmic energy!

(Let us dance together, let us sing together...)

Verse 2

O concrete jungles with smoky spires spewing venom day and night,

O ruthless axes severing the green spine of pristine woodlands!

O deafening mechanical roars replacing the sweet symphony of birds,

O skeletal shards of plastic piercing deep into the womb of Mother Earth!

Before this green paradise of our planetary mother turns to ash,

Awaken, O humanity! Let us redeem our way of life!

Before the ghosts of pollution and the demons of war invade and possess us,

Before pitch darkness surges forward, masquerading as light,

Before the eyes of the heavens weep absolute darkness,

Before the mountains crown themselves with volcanic wrath,

And before the tsunamis rise to shatter our fragile shores!
