Souvenir

The world we built took a long time.

We had hard left but we are alright.

Things you love and I love were different.

We couldn’t elude this elation.

My mind became a rucksack that had a void within.

You ample me with the memories and lent me a grin.

The voyage I escaped will be revered.

My every breath I shall consider as a souvenir.
