Soul musician

What beautiful music you play

It plays in my head each hour of each day

You are so melodiously clever

I thank you for your emotionally instrumental endeavour

Thank you for playing my song

And never getting a single note wrong

When you play the drums of my mind

You make each beat gentle and kind

Every thump echoes throughout my entire being

It truly is a sight worth seeing

I love when you press on my lips’ keys

It never fails to please

It is a song that until now I have never known

It is a tune that you truly own

The symphony you make when you pluck at my heartstrings is divine

Which is why I’m happy you pluck at mine

You strum it like a harp at heaven’s gate

You tug at each string never a moment to early nor too late

You study the sheet music of my soul so well

Which is why I so hopelessly fell

Thank you for the orchestral magic musical magician

Thank for the symphony soul musician
