Soo And Cho The Lost Stars, The Last Lie

By Sai Crishna

Two tiny girl glitterers were playing in the dark sky ground. One was Soo and another was Cho. And in the middle of their play Soo took some dark soil in her tiny hands and blew it on Cho's face. Cho's such an angry bird. She got angry, turned away from Soo and folded her hands putting on a pouting face. Soo found it cute and started laughing. Cho got even more angrier and she sighed. Come on angry glitter I did it for fun, if you are still angry you could blow some soil on my face too....requested Soo. Cho didn't even bother to consider her request. Soo felt helpless and started looking around. As her eyes were exploring, her heart stopped them at something beautiful. The half moon. Soo thought they could slide on it and it would be great fun. Cho look do you wanna play some sliding? Asked Soo... Cho's eyes lit up listening to it and she turned quickly to Soo. And then she remembered she was angry a moment ago so she had to maintain some attitude on that face. Do you wanna come or not? Asked Soo... Yes, yes, yes...said Cho with excitement...and added, but where is the slide.Look there, the tilted rainbow of the night, the moon...said Soo pointing towards moon...But it's too far... exclaimed Cho... Hold my hand Cho, lets dance on the moon. Said Soo...

The started moving towards the moon holding hands. It was Pretty far however their accompany towards eachother engulfed the time in one sip. They were near moon and all the way they just talked about how would they slide on moon. They reached the moon and all their hopes were beaten to dust. They couldn't believe their eyes, as there was no half moon from the very beginning. It just shined half. It was always a full moon. Soo was devastated, thresmile moments ago was completely gone from her face. Cho looked at Soo and said all the glitters are not diamonds, lets just head back to our homes. Soo starts crying and says that she couldn't remember the way back to their homes. Both the stars sat their, were crying and a gassy voice made an interruption in the middle. Who's trying to steal the old man's job. If you both keep crying, I would be jobless. Wipe off those tears, glitties! Said an old cloud. Who are you, old man? Asked Soo wiping her tears... Well if this is my place, I'm the one who does questioning here. And don't call me old man, call me Bob the great. Rain specialist. Said the old cloud adding a laugh in the end. What are you two kids doing here? Asked Bob... We were playing and wanted to have a slide on the half moon. So we came here from a long way only to found the moon wasn't half to slide on it. And now we can't remember our ways back to our homes. Said Cho sobbin...

What are you two kids doing here? Asked Bob... We were playing and wanted to have a slide on the half moon. So we came here from a long way only to found the moon wasn't half to slide on it. And now we can't remember our ways back to our homes. Said Cho sobbing... Could you take us back to our homes old man? Asked Soo... Told you it's Bob the great, not old man. Said Bob...And in any ways I can't leave this place. But I can tell something. Sai Bob.. what is it? Said Soo and Cho at a same time... Bob slowly started talking....The moon is a beautiful lie or may be it's cursed to be a lie. The eyes which felt it was beautiful from farther, now mourn on the truth. You two in despair, your eyes even deceived your own heart and made it believe the lie. So far of my experience I only remember stars were much more of bigger size compared to moon. But look at you both, lying here infront of the moon crying your despairs out. Where did it go wrong? You blindly believed a lie, that's what made you smaller. It's not just you but your characters too went down. Then what do we do now ? How can we go back to our homes and characters? Asked both Soo and cho... Go farther from the lie everyone sees, go near to the truth you can seek. And that you can believe. If you both came this far trusting a lie, imagine what heights you can reach when you seek truth. Go ride the sky, follow your truth and if you do so one day you both will shine bigger, fully not like the moon..!
