Someone In The Mirror

She walks parallel to me.

She is a good listener.

Or has perfectly practiced emotes.

She has ready replies,

ready smiles bent to the perfect degree.

She always has a filler for conversations,

or for life.

I dance.

She cares.

I wander.

She stays.

She’s honest.

So am I!

She says it,

I hide.

I am 'her,'

living parallel to me.
