Solace In Your Divine Altruism

Fall in Love with volatile Ghosts,

With blurry pasts and uncertain futures

Lying forlorn and wretched on disappearing coasts,

Desperately Longing for the tangible Ka that nurtures

Wouldn't it be wonderful to bid Adieu to all?

Perish in sands and sweat of everything I fear

Only to distinctly hear a familiar voice call

And hold my defeated skull to their chest so near

"I see the salt in your eyes and blood in your mouth,

Give it all to me and be free

Drink in all my Love and heal from drouth,

Please, this one time, trust me and believe me. "

Angered and pained, my fragile soul croaks out,

"Oh, how cruel of you to come to help me in my misery!

When I was descending into this avoidable fatal rout,

Bleeding for a part of you to come to my victory!"

Swiftly, I feel their mighty hands carry me higher,

Insentient to what they will do to my evasive soul

Feebly expect them to shut my wounds in a dire,

But feel a burst, I ironically dread but recall as ole

They ripped me apart, piece by piece,

Neither my bones were spared from this defile

My body had no other choice but to cease,

But my soul had nothing but a reassuring smile

I finally see the power that effortlessly plundered me,

I'm yearning and get hugged with all the love I need

A kiss on my forehead to seal my purity and glee,

But I hear them wince and see them bleed

Feel their arms melt into me, their torso aligning with mine

"I know what I did was cruel; it ached to see you wallow

Your Sin is now my death; My Love is now your life Divine

I love you more than anything, Your venom I now swallow."

Feel myself plummet with a new armour revived,

Chuckles escape my lips; I drown into grails I once sowed

Irises filled with mirth Finally, my purpose has thrived,

Looks like my ichor was necessary and it showed

Beloveds inquire, "where had I been so lost?"

"Your life is truly now glitter and gold. Go enjoy it!"

I nod at them in arcane approval because I know the cost,

Involved much more than just my mortal grit.
