Livin' a little each day,

Dyin' a bit on every other.

'Neath the mask of dawn, hiding,

They shine, our wonder colors.

And so we whisper, lips of dusk,

'Sing us a night of blinding cover,

For one more has passed,

Their dye now cast.

And we've yet gone another.'
