Sit beside me

Come, sit beside me,

and tell me your story.

The grief inside, the wretchedness.

The lost love or the one ignoring you.

Come, sit beside me,

and let your inner demons appear,

the face you've been hiding.

The truth forsaken.

Let me close the door

and let you dump,

everything killing you, into me.

Oh, don't bother about me.

I have seen it all.

A dejection, a betrayal, a apathy,

and the long lost battle.

I have long been dead,

and the innocence gone.

The nightmare that hunts me every day,

and the ghost that resides beneath my soul,

the poison I drank in the name of love.

Yes I have seen it all.

So come, sit beside me

and tell me your story.

Don't bother about me,

I have seen it all.
