Silly Love Doom (The Downturn Begins)

Bonny says

"That was the wrong time,

of the right realizations,

the time I didn't open up,

while being naive and silly,

wearing the clown-like uniforms,

to the high school,

and I was the strange one,

invisible yet known,

undesired yet needed,

quiet, shy and fifteen,

when I used to fancy,

a charming young man,

Latin and tan,

built strong and twenty seven,

not someone who I had seen before,

just someone who made me feel,

the crazy way that I did.

The first someone who made me see,

the things that I do now.

He was the one,

who arrived from the back door,

with his looks to kill,

with kindness in his heart,

to melt me in his love.

The moment of truth,

struck like a heavy hammerhead,

conventions gone for a toss,

in my case as I thought,

he was a man of romance,

well yes, that's what I thought,

when he held me,

heard my endless agony,

of being in a bad space,

of emotions overturned,

and tried to play his guitar,

always out of tune,

when I didn't want,

to play the ball game,

that the other boys did.

His grip was strong,

yet tender with affection,

he made me feel his huge gift,

of his unending love.

His reward was a sweet pain,

drenched in passion,

in his musky odour,

that made me feel high,

just like some

particle laced with intoxicant,

that he kept pushing,

in his taste for intimacy.

Happiness was the state of my being,

his love was my will to live.

But as goes their saying,

good things dont last forever.

Didn't believe till I witnessed,

the day of eternal emptiness,

that struck me when it was the time,

to say goodbye, forever.

Far away to the land of Mexico,

he went to the distant part,

never to be seen again.

That's when the doom,

knocked at my door,

and haven't left ever since".
