Silence

It makes everything around us so pleasant,

It’s the world’s best antidepressant.

When nothing can make us loose our focus.

When we remember things that have broken us.

It’s the delightful nature of meditation.

You find your own way of problem fixation.

When we sense our heartbeat is dominant,

We will realize nothing else is important.

It’s the best companion of our loneliness,

We can experience our life’s remoteness.

It saves us from unnecessary conflict,

It’s not bad even if we have to addict.
