You're stuck in one place

The silence after holding a rose you never had

The silence after choosing them first, they chose you last

The silence after seeing someone happy, but you're trying so hard

The silence after being average in something you thought you'd be best

The silence after losing someone close you had

The silence after ruining everything that could have lasted

The silence after being misunderstood, unable to speak

The silence after forgiving them, when they hurt you the most

The silence after thinking you could be loved, believing it's all fake
