Silence

It is peaceful, everything going smoothly

And then a turn comes

That changes this moment fully

Making me wish, wish I had been silent

It’s a force of emotions, silence

Should I continue I wonder, with hesitance

And fear of venturing into the unknown

Yet the question half asked remained

Unanswered, all I got was ignorance

Heard, not heard, did you, another question

The answer to which I feared

For both of them caused pained

To me and you, so I believe

What I did was right

When I stayed quiet
