She Who Loves

She who loves,

Is the one who hates not,

She forgives the lies and greed,

And the selfish deeds of the evil lot,

She has beauty and graceful she is,

She is the companion alone,

She embraces us as we are,

Down to our last bad bone,

Her hands are gentle,

Great strength in her arms,

To the sinners, the priests,

And the common folk alike, she does no harm,

For she knows no discrimination,

Hence she embodies love,

Fierce as a lioness, wise as a monk,

And serene as a beautiful dove,

So who is she, our great champion?

Crowned with the laurel wreath?

She's the one we are equal in,

For the essence of love is

Death.
