She Was the Calm in His Raging Sea

Updated: Jul 14, 2025

By Gaurav Chandrawanshi

She was the calm in his raging sea,

A gentle breath where he could be free.

When shadows danced and the nights grew cold,

She held his fears in her hands like gold.

Through every storm, she stayed so near,

Her voice a whisper he’d always hear.

When his world crumbled and colors bled,

She stitched his heart with words unsaid.

In his silence, she found the truth,

The broken boy beneath his youth.

Even when he pushed her away,

She stood by him, come what may.

Her love was quiet, her touch was light,

A steady star in his endless night.

No promises made, no debts to owe,

Just endless love that continued to grow.

And though he stumbled, lost, and blind,

She held his soul, his peace, his mind.

For love like hers, pure and true,

Is rare to find and hard to undo.
