She Is Not Pretty

Neither is she confident,

Nor sanguine.

Her words stammer,

Her steps stagger,

She even tumbles sometimes.

Each trip makes her cry,

Sometimes upfront, & others enshroud.

She’s certainly ludicrous,

But isn’t it good?

She lets her heart out!

She’s corrupt & yet so pure.

She makes mistakes throughout,

Jumping the gun, without thinkin’ it out.

But isn’t it sincere?

Realizing she apologizes to sort it out!

Her eyes get hazy, heart pounds with fear.

Often stumbling and, losing the way,

Thus leaving, everything mid-way.

She definitely isn’t wholehearted.

But isn’t it courageous?

She still gets re-started!

She’s full of hope & yet full of flaws.

Insecurities make her vulnerable,

Overthinking gets her restless.

Her life is so chaotic.

But isn’t it bright?

She still gives a smile!

Her eyes aren’t pretty,

& her lips aren’t ruby.

She neither has a charisma,

Nor the perfect looks.

Her laugh is too silly.

Yeah, she is not pretty.

But does it make her unworthy?

As that may be just outside.

Bawling & frolic like a kid,

She might be a pretty soul inside!!
