Settle In Green

By Manpreet Singh

Down in the meadows, under cloud's shadows

You—are the one I'm looking for

I wanted to see you again—

That priceless smile on your face

It doesn't matter how many days we've got to live—

Let's enjoy every bliss of life

We don't have much time to waste

If it comes to settling—We'll settle in green

The city's crowd can never be an option

For staying true to being US

Let's be a little mean

Once I have you in my arms,

No force could ever let you go

You'll be mine, and I'll be yours—

Since the beginning of time,

This world has always been Love’s foe

Let’s just settle in GREEN
