Secret Behind Radiant Smile

Looking at these beautiful faces

I wonder sometimes,

What is the story behind, these radiant smiles?

Is it just a façade or is it genuine?

Or maybe it is an escape from those bitter life lessons.

They say, if life gives a lemon make a lemonade

But when lemon is too sour, it takes too much sugar

To mask the test....

But then again, too much sugar, too many calories,

Plus, there is a risk of Diabetes...

But still, they take it, just for the sake of that radiant smile.

Looking at these smiley faces, I used to think,

how come it’s easy for them, but not for me?

That’s until I heard other side of the story.

That’s when I figured,

the smile is not a façade, it’s actually genuine

And whatever I see is indeed escape route

from those bitter life lessons....

The sweetness, the calories does not matter, and

The risk of Diabetes is worth it once in a while....

When the result is few moments for relief and that radiant smile...
