Seasonal Sadness

Every time I crypt into sadness,

Away I go with it.

What seems calm for a second,

Turns windy blow the other.

Every time I hit my lowest,

I find myself on top of it all.

So, I remind myself that

What feels rock bottom of the deepest sea

Often is the melted snow of the tallest mountain

And seasonal change on the go

Can never be the end the world.
