Reasons for Divorce. 

Marriages these days come with an expiry date. 

Call it your lucky escape, or bemoan your fate. 

Your family spends tons of money on your wedding celebration. 

Even more expensive is the cost of separation. 

Some seek separation because the partner farts. 

Disobey your partner, and the lecture starts. 

Couples are now experts in finding fault. 

Rubbing each other's wounds with salt.

Some seek divorce as their spouses snore. 

Some seek separation to settle their score. 

An abusive husband or a nagging wife. 

Make each other miserable for life.  

Some consider marriage as a lucrative business. 

And demand for a lump sum alimony to get out of the financial mess. 

Some file for divorce as the partner can't cook. 

Some complain that they have been deceived by the fake profile look.

          Seeking Clarity. 

If God exists everywhere, and resides in every heart, 

Then why do we resort to reviling people and break it apart? 

If God transcends beyond the earthly realm and isn't confined to boundaries, 

Then why do we divide Him into religions and countries?

Clothed in a holy attire and fooling people in the name of God, 

Doesn't make the impostor pious but a wilful fraud. 

Prayers should be heartfelt and not based on the barter system. 

If You help me sail through troubled waters, I would offer gold or a precious gem.

Unlike our presence on social media, God never goes offline. 

His Network remains uninterrupted and always works fine. 

God never asked us to impose our religious thoughts forcefully on others. 

For all of us are His children, and like sisters and brothers. ( Except one). 

We forget to admit our mistakes but love to pass snide remarks. 

We are but tiny fish in His Worldly Ocean but pretend to be sharks. 

We use different yardsticks to gauge others' personality. 

Why do we live in a world of duality?
