A smile with the orbs glistening in love

You spread your welcoming arms so wide

Like a Dove, I flutter my wings high and above

With my emotions swirling up like a tide

At times when I am broke and cold

Your big hugs made me feel warm 

Assuring words from you, made me bold

As it healed the scars from the world's harm 

If home was a person, it’s you

As its love, from you that I seek

Protected and cared for, felt so new

With my heart at ease, mind no longer freak
