I have no clue how I got to this point in life,

Where nothing can make me smile nor will ever suffice.

It feels like a rollercoaster, that is swinging right to left,

By the end of the ride, I doubt there’ll be anything left!

There’s a lot I want to say but I don’t have a single word,

Uttering baseless sounds unknown and indifferent to the world!

The darkness in me grows, oblivious to limitations!

The numbness creeping in me, feels like suffocation!

Do I just stay here? Shrivelled in a corner of my imagination!

A place so dark, light years away from illumination!

A voice in me groaning, “ Is this the reason,

That life gave you a second chance to live?”

" Do you not understand the gravity of the situation you live in?"

A Pitch white room and 4 missing days, just how long has it been?”
