Don’t look down

Look front

Back

Left

Right

Keep a full circle of peripheral around your body at all times.

Don’t be out of the house past 4pm

Don’t wear short clothes

Tight clothes

Clothes that leaves too much to the imagination

Don’t wear baggy clothes, makes you look fat

Don’t wear anything that shows anything

Hell, just wear nothing

But that’s not allowed either

Nothings allowed

When cons pile up to be more than pros of being you.

Don’t forget the reasons for you to stay

But also don’t bother living

There’s no point to try

Girlhood, am I right.

This is our reality

This is our crime

We serve time

From their eyes

Their words

Their actions

And Yet they get no consequences.

Girlhood, am I right.
