Imagine switching your tone of writing multiple times in a day because every client has different expectations that you need to adhere to. It is like having multiple personalities residing in you and one of them shows up every time you require them to. I love the challenge of switching personalities ( I am a Gemini一 Dual personality) but in this case, I am home to many. People think Copywriting is just "writing" but what they don't realize is switching brand personalities often and writing for multiple clients is no joke. Your brain stops processing the inundation of information and barfs at one point. So, STOP THINKING WRITING IS EASY and FOCUS ON YOUR OWN LANE FFS!

Killing humans won't do much!

Indeed, we are wreaking havoc. We blame ourselves for everything disastrous that happens around the world. Inflation, overpopulation – You name it we are dabbling in it. And somewhere, the root cause of the problem is us, but how long would we carry the blame?

Imagine the rationality behind Thanos's idea of wiping off half of humanity and letting the other half survive. Do you think it's ethically feasible? It's debatable as we will have abundant space to live in but losing your loved ones in the process is a hefty loss if you ask us.

Overpopulation has worsened poverty and pushed us to the brink of the collapse of civilization, but there's always a silver lining. We, humans, are great examples of "creatures learning from mistakes", where Dinosaurs or other extinct beings weren't privileged with the abilities for the same.

We can live a sustainable life if we make an effort in the right direction. In our line of work, buildings and homes are everything but it's safe to say that earth is where our home is.

The population might grow but what grows with it is the responsibility for a better future. There's no "planet B" but only one planet, Planet E, which is Earth!

Not a long time ago, I was being pestered with the same question-"Do you work for copyrights?" when I answered their question of what I do on my professional front. No matter how absurdly funny the question sounds, let me tell you what it is.

Copywriting and "Copyrights'' are entirely different. They are from different worlds altogether (although you can get sued if you copy paste stuff from the internet). Copywriting is the process of writing persuasive marketing and promotional materials that motivate people to take some form of action, such as make a purchase, click on a link, donate to a cause, or schedule a consultation (Told you in the beginning, it will have COPYRIGHT ISSUES!) because it's obviously from Google. I believe I explained copyright issues far better than my own job, so let me try my level best in telling what copywriting is. Copywriting is a creative job of writing in a way that it helps brands in marketing and advertising, which in turn helps them get better revenue. Phew! I hope I explained it in simple Layman terms. Also, stop copy pasting stuff from the internet, it's ok to get inspired but not copying others!

-Connections

I personally feel like One shouldn't be making connections just for the sake of it. My mother used to tell me all the time "Go out there, and make connections and then only you will be successful because they will help you in life!"

Making an attempt to connect with people just for the sake of "wanting something out of it" isn't a human connection but blatant opportunistic and selfish behavior in my opinion. It's resentful and goes against the very nature of human social desires. All it does is gets you leverage over the other person and makes you ditch the individual once you have extracted your gains.

As a kid, I made friends not because I wanted something out of it but because I wanted to spend quality time with them, hang out and gain their trust but social apps like Linkedin has provided a platform for people who just want to "grow their connections" without even knowing and empathizing with their so-called "connections".

Having a hidden agenda to develop a relationship doesn't lead to a genuine connection but is a dubious endeavor that I don't want to tread upon.

-Pretentious World

Doctored images, photoshopped faces and over-the-top filters, it’s as if the world has imposed "perfection" over everything you set your eyes on. Agencies writing 'fake reviews' 'to rank better on Google, Models having their faces lifted to look younger and actors having steroids injected into their bodies before a movie and end up saying "eat healthy to look better" in interviews.

We look up to these people, try to emulate their actions and end up losing our own "self". Nothing genuine remains, everything seems manipulative and even the food you eat has genetically engineered drugs. Climate change is a threat to humanity but so is the "false marketing" that we ignore.

-Finding your “Why”

The purpose is the "why" of our existence. It's what drives us to excellence, keeps us alive and defines us. A force within, some people find it quite early in their life and some at the very end. We are creatures of learning and perhaps, purpose helps us learn the meaning of life. Purpose is untethered by wealth or anything tangible in our lives but once you tap into it, you can accumulate wealth and everything you have dreamt of.

If you can't provide value, you serve no purpose. Have you found your purpose yet?

-You

Your skin will get wrinkles, your eyesight will take a plunge, your synaptic connections will weaken and you will lose muscle mass and much more as you age. However, you would have gained wisdom and experiences. The physicality will always wither away but the journey towards finding you will lay a better foundation and keep you grounded.

-Insecurities

We all are insecure about something, it could be the way we look or the way we were raised or our way of perceiving things, but that doesn't mean we are inferior or deserve to be undermined. We must keep working on it and move on, there's no point in clinging to the loop of "insecurities" and "inferiority complex". Insecurities stem from the feeling of being inadequate so why not just enjoy being the beautiful human being you are?

-The perfect crime

The perfect crime? Killing someone by giving them hope and snatching it the moment it uplifts someone. Injecting them with love and violently start hating them. Decapitate their happiness and induce them with sadness. Bludgeon them with constant affection and leverage that to your own personal gains and last but not least, strip away their identity and forge a new one!

-Ocean

An ocean has consumed more dead bodies than graveyards. It has submerged things beyond its power and can change your fate in a single wave. It is mighty and vast, hosting a party for millions of species and can keep changing its form endlessly. An ocean stretches beyond our imagination, its stillness is scary and comforting at the same time. A sea of opportunities? More like a sea of mysteries!
