Rainbow- Nature's Spectrum

A painter's brush across the sky,

Where light and water gently play.

Not magic's whim, but nature's art,

A scientific, vibrant start.

For pure white light, a sunbeam bright,

Encounters droplets, soft and light.

Each tiny sphere, a prism's heart,

Performs a wondrous, splitting part.

It bends the light, in precise degree,

Refraction's marvel, plain to see.

Seven distinct, familiar hues,

The spectrum's beauty diffuses.

From longest wave, the crimson's fire,

In short, violet's deep desire.

Orange, a warmth, a joyful gleam,

Yellow, the sun's most golden dream.

Green, life's embrace, in verdant spray,

Blue, like the vast, unending day.

And indigo, a shadow's grace,

Each finds its own specific place.

A momentary, sacred view,

A truth revealed, both old and new.

The universe, in ordered sway,

Paints wonders for us every day.

So gaze with awe, and curious mind,

This vibrant gift, for all mankind.

A bridge of hope, a vibrant sign,

Of nature's science, so divine.

To mend the broken, lift the soul,

And make us beautifully whole.

Let rainbows teach, let knowledge bloom,

Dispelling doubt, dispelling gloom.
