Question Marks

Should I hurl at the sun? Should I curl up my sin? Should I feed the fire now? Should I let the sea in? Should I sweep the light out? Should I box the night in? Where should I explode? Where should I hide? When will love provide? When will grief divide?

Is there anyone to tear me? Is there someone to bear me? What if my questions die without answers? What if they live with wrong seekers? Would I forgive myself and move on? Would I be the calm even after that storm?

Might these question marks turn into sickles

and harvest a field awaiting my cold feet?
