You loose time like sand in your fist,

No matter how hard you squeeze,

Forcing it shut, clenching your wrist,

It will make you drop to your knees,

You laze around waiting your life to twist,

Thinking everything should be gained with ease,

Hard work and perseverance is what will assist,

Giving you the freedom that you please,

Set up goals and make a list,

For that's the cure to your disease!
