Process the reality

And somewhere somehow the internet stopped taking my attention away from troubles I was thinking about

The books I read couldn't help me escape my reality anymore

My mind was never busy enough to constantly think about things that were out of my control

At some point I couldn't be distracted enough to fake smile anymore

The sad movies I'd watch would hit a trauma response I didn't even know i had

I had to process the reality...and I didn't even know it, I didn't know if I was ready.
