Prejudice

Sep 5, 2022
1 min read

It was normal day in my class,

I was just playing with a compass.

Soon I heard my teacher say,

That we had a drama class and we can no longer play.

She asked the boys to shift the furniture,

Which has been a regular feature.

Why did she ask the boys to shift?

Didn’t girls get the ‘being strong’ gift?

I helped the boys in the task,

But I hesitated to ask.

Why is there prejudice?

Remember that girls are not bound by cowardice.
