Poetic Collection Of Aparna

By Aparna J

In the dawn's soft glow, where wellness aligns,

A symphony of choices, a life refined.

Nourishing thoughts with each breath taken deep,

A tapestry woven, a healthy mind to keep.

Start with slumber, a celestial embrace,

Where dreams dance softly, a tranquil space.

Rest's gentle balm, a treasure to find,

In sleep's tender whispers, clarity entwined.

Awake to the morn, the sun's tender kiss,

A stroll in the park, a moment of bliss.

Nature's canvas, a healer's delight,

Each step a melody, calming the sight.

Meditation beckons, a serene repose,

A quiet refuge where the mind unburdens, flows.

In the stillness within, thoughts gently unwind,

A sanctuary found, tranquility refined.

Sustenance beckons, a feast for the soul,

 Nutrition's embrace, a nourishing role.

Vibrant colors on plates, a palette divine,

Fuel for the body, the mind's healthy shrine.

Harmony weaves through this daily refrain,

A melody of wellness, a balanced terrain.

For in these choices, a rhythm to find,

A symphony of wellness, the healthy mind.

Winter Haikus

Snowflakes gently fall,

Blanketing the world in white,

Silent winter's kiss.

Icy winds whisper,

Trees adorned with frosty gems,

Nature's chill embrace.

Footprints in the snow,

Crunching under winter boots,

Tracks of fleeting joy.

Fireplace's warm glow,

Cradles hearts against the cold,

 Cocooned in comfort.

Frozen dawn breaks slow,

Sunrise paints the sky in hues,

Winter's beauty wakes.

Yet there is a ray of hope.

A ray of hope is all we need.

To quell the darkness of despair.

To resist any temptation or greed.

And to lead a life free and fair.

Let's hold on to this ray of hope.

And pray for global welfare.

Let's shed tears or mope.

For we have too much to achieve and too little time to spare.

A ray of hope helps us sail through troubled waters.

And we manage to stay afloat.

Let's share this hope with all sons and daughters.

As we are sailing through the same boatp
