Phantom of First Love

The way he looked into my eyes,

a moment's pause , then sighs

In that silence, I felt it unfold,

As though he glimpsed my soul, untold.

(I felt something had been stolen

As if he gazed into my soul, broken)

His subtle tricks, his secret dance,

Hoping I’d fall for his fleeting glance.

His lips were sealed, a quiet plea,

Yet his eyes spoke only to me-.

Like a movie scene, but No! Cut Cut Cut!

The feeling was majestic,

Foolish me, felt it was a trick

Though I silenced his words, no talk

Our eyes, never quiet, stopped the clock

Young and scared, never let

Now all I feel is regret

His love, real but not our fate

Three long years, a painful wait

We blossomed from teens to grown,

Realizing the love we’d never known

The heart of a bold girl was frost

Had so much love in her, but lost

Our reality, a dream for many

Couldn't find it again, not from any

feared it like a phantom's breath,

This is is how her first love met death
