People Like Me

I wish people like me came with a manual and a tag "Fragile- handle with care"!

people like me are a bit more sensitive,

a bit more negative,

the over thinkers,

the over lovers!

the believers,

the ones who'd swim away oceans for the ones who will never cross puddles for us!

I wish the fragile tag popped up every time someone hurt our damaged parts and turn them into deeper cuts!

I wish they'd know how we feel about ourselves when they tell us we aren't worth, and how we aren't enough!

I wish they'd understand that people come into today with their past and for some people it isn't easy to move on so fast!

so please understand and care!

As people don't come with any tags,

handle everyone with a little extra love and care!

someone out there might be just like me with a story afraid to share!
