The first step of every business or an organization starts with Operation Management. The mode of delivery of input with the accurate output without any errors takes place with the help of operation management. As we are aware that the basic core functions of the management bring an approach towards more elaboration of the several activities towards achieving goals of the organization like planning, organising, directing or else staffing, but have anyone thought how this function plays a continuous improvement in the overall structure of management? It is because of the main core variable that is operation. More the operation function is stable in the same manner the accuracy maintains the same without any protocol consist under it. The main sequence or the flow of the operation management starts with the ‘Input’ of the information which gives us an overall look towards the Material, Machine,
Management, Capital, Customer as well as the Labour by which the ‘Transformation Process’ is being created to make the potential requirements in the overall ‘Output’ which brings towards the proper allocation of Goods as well as Services under it. The feedback is considered to know the overall tendency of the overall Operation Management transformation process is going in a drastic manner or not. As we are aware of the term ‘Value’ which means the ‘Consistency Increases’ in the same manner Operation Management creates an imaginary value towards the set of different activities which performs a larger production schedule for the organizational development structure to make the proper route of the flow of different task stipulated at the specific period of time to be the master in the overall production schedule. The more increasing in the productivity towards the overall manufacturing process leads towards the proper perspective of the operation management. The one term Operation Management handles the several evaluation of different key words like Maintenance, Scheduling, Layout of Facilities, Job Design, Quality Management, Inventory Management as well as Supply Chain Management too.
