We live in a world where lying is cheap and available.


One gram of truth is sufficient to stay peaceful, resulting in a happy life.


We have people conquering the basics of living.


One gram of not having that would have saved millions of lives.


We have been judged and treated in ways we should not be.


One gram of understanding would have led to a progressive living.


We are governed to be lazy with empty promises.

One gram of self-discipline would make people fit and active.


We lose everyone for the sake of materialistic richness.

One gram of wisdom would show us how imperfections are beautiful.


We are consumed by screens and unlimited content constantly.

One gram of not having it would have led us to common sense.


We have been divided based on greed.


One gram of thoughtfulness would have stopped many disasters.


We ponder these challenges constantly.

One gram of walking together with mindfulness can
