Once Lived a Girl

By Avantika Singh

Once a lived girl who made a song when it rained

Now walks a body, halfway insane

She used to think, she used sing

Every melody her heart would bring

But time went past

And silence took its rule,

Growing up was one of its tool

It grasped the little whole world she planned

Quietly, corroding her colorful stand
