If not always, once in a while,

Do not succumb to your turmoil

Thrash them all wrapped in a foil

And take time to do nothing but smile

If not always once in awhile

Do not be stern or be fragile

Nor lose your ability to be agile

Discover the peace within as vast as Nile

If not always once in a while

Do not slog, but let your work pile

Take a stroll leading mile after mile

Like you are walking down the aisle

If not always once in a while

Do nothing but just smile

Show the world with your swag and style
