Oh dear candle,

Blowing against the whirls of wind,

How funny would it be,

For you to touch kerosene,

A burning world,

Never seemed so serene.

Oh dear candle,

Are you melting away?

One drop at a time,

As you wither away.

Oh dear candle,

One time is running out,

My head is continuosly,

being stormed with doubts.

Every inch of me is charred,

God what happenes to my heart?

I watch as the world gets turn apart.

So easy to discard.

Oh dear candle,

Your as beautiful as blades forged in a divine fire,

May your flames burn,

Brighter and ever so higher.

oh dear candle,

as everything around me crumbles to ashes,

I bid my adieu,

Just know,

When you die,

I’ll be long gone too.
