Ode To The Teacher

Though the time has put the wrinkles on his face

Though his black hair turned white

Though time remarks his evening of life

Yet he seems to be titan

The man who burnt the midnight oil

The man who faced the great turmoil

The man who always cared for others

The man who always shared with others

The man who always gave his best

The man who never took rest

The man who taught us with blessing

The man who motivated us by his addressing

The man who never washed his hands off the responsibilities

The man who always believed in practicalities

The man who is real builder of the nation

It is a reality not a fascination

To whom goes this composition

He is none other than my esteemed teacher

I salute this great personality

Who inspired me such that

I could serve my nation with all my heart
