I feel myself fading away

Yet again in the darkness

Of my emotions and mind

I don't know how

But I am lost again

Within myself

I am trapped

Going over and over again

Pushing myself down

So deep

No strength left

Neither am able to gather any

To come up and breathe

Being hard on myself

Torturing mentally

Challenging my future

Handing everything over to flames

Positive me is lost

Lost over growing me
