Nobody Knows

By Kajal Jaiswal

Nobody knows its empty,

The smile that I wear,

The real one is hidden behind,

Because you’ve left me there.

Nobody knows my bleeding heart,

It’s the one you’ve scattered.

It cannot be healed now,

Because to you it never mattered.

Nobody knows my weepy eyes,

Swollen from crying all night.

Would you kiss it all away,

Or leave with all your might.

Nobody knows I miss you,

They think I am set free.

The real thing is I am bounded by chains,

Trapped in a mystery.

Nobody knows I need you,

You have left me barren and dry.

My eyes have river in them,

With all the tears I might cry.
