Nightmares

The night came again with all its demons Silently like calmness before storm

With sleepy eyes and tired body

I peek up a little and see somebody

The doors are locked, the windows are closed

How the hell someone got intrude

I wake up suddenly sweating and scared

My feeble mind is so unprepared

I couldn't feel if it's real or not

May be a nightmare my mind spots

I just need a hand to feel relieved

To let my fears get shriveled

Then I realise I am all unaided

No one is here to be my paladin

But why do I always need someone else

To rescue me from these bugbears

I have got to learn to be my own sloan

To fall and rise and fight alone.
