Leaves flutter by,
Brushing the top of my roof,
A bird flies by,
Competing with the clouds' mood,
This time they look rather mad,
Making the winds proud,
The bird is scared and so am I,
Wondering who woke these violent clouds?
There's a sense of rush in the wind,
Alarming everyone to go hide,
My soul denies to listen,
As the breeze blows by.
The clouds covering up the whole sky,
As the peacock's feathers flutter open,
A hint of peace touches my heart,
As I become an audience of Nature's Theatre.
Here comes the first drop,
Giving me a tinkle,
Soon arrives the second one,
Playing a musical on the shingles.
I shall adore this drama,
As I might be seeing it for one of the last times,
Who knows maybe tomorrow,
This Theatre will be in the Extinct File!
