Nature's Music

Whistling sounds in the woods,

A sweet murmur and a beautiful bloom

Water flowing with a babbling sound,

Sun’s brightness falls on me.


When I walk on this path,

A tiny bird stares at me.

This sound and the lush greens,

Showering its beauty on me.





These dry leaves rustling around,

The morning twilight fills my heart.

I imbibe the fragrance of pink, yellow and white flowers,

And unwind beside the noisy river.


The day goes by and I,

Just sitting, observing, doing nothing.

Apparently learning, absorbing everything

From mother nature.


I feel overwhelmed now,

Contented and emotional too.

I feel…ME.
