Violin strings strike my heart, the red spilling over
Count the beats running down, you'll find no clover
Words don't bind my mouth ropes don't hold my core
Voiced by an angel, truths you've never heard before:
I don't count seconds, I seek the future that lies ahead
The present flies by yet I take blind steps from my bed,
Every breath, every beat, every break is in my plan
In my oblivion I see the inevitable unknown happen;
Keys of a piano, yet the notes watch me fall through pain
Soar high they said but what matters is that I rise again,
My feet held to an imperfect bow making me wrecked
I wallow in self pity, lights blind me trying to be perfect;
Saturn stands apart in solitude, icy fingers reach out in feel
Petals embrace my spine, in tenderness love can heal,
Venus in its fiery spirit dances in joy, romance and flirt
Blooms wither away because in truth love can also hurt
In my despair rivers run deep no soul flying the skies
Eyes stay awake questioning the blindfolds of lies
Demons do prowl in dark and cover minds thy Youth’s
Angels live within me, unveiling naked truths.

This poem is a beautifully layered poem, it's raw, musical, and deeply introspective. Every line feels intentional. My sister writes like someone who feels deeply and thinks fearlessly. Im so proud of you little sis 🩷
Pain becomes music, chaos becomes truth, and inner angels outshine every shadow.
Loved it❤️❤️
