Mīn Crystalline Pearl
By Angela John
Mīn Crystalline Pearl,
Godsend dyadic rose lines,
Depicting a breath in mīn emptiness.
Thou aura bestowed in meAn unfamiliar curiosity, an honesty
Of a creator, a Mother.
Mīn Crystalline Pearl;
Thine presence unveiled a rainbow
While darkness lodged slow
And blazed lustrous radiance of the moon
Through the whole of mīn dawn,
Beautifying me, a Mother to be.
Mīn Crystalline Pearl;
Swiftly did mīn exhilaration seize!
Satanic humanity diffused an egoistic breeze.
I appealed for your eternal safety
And battled against every indignity,
But mīn efforts remained futile.
Mīn Crystalline Pearl;
Maybe mīn prayers were not mighty.
You were destined to live shortly.
Synchronously two mortals drowned
Into the blue of vain and blood.
Lastly, time reversed back into a chasm.
I apologise! I apologise!
Mīn Crystalline Pearl;
Vapours of pride centralised mīn love,
Motherhood abducted in a rapid shove
And broken with few perished memories
Of thine delicate pulses and sensations!
