My Soul

Where have you gone?

The darkness haunts me,

My bright lights are fading.

Where are you, my warmth?

It's getting cold - colder than ice,

But only for me.

I want to hold you,

I want to depend on you,

Even if it's only for a moment -

But I can't .

Something pulls me deeper and deeper,

Suffocating me, like sinking in the sea.

As I drift down further,

The light fades - the warmth disappears.

I once wished to hold on,

But now I just want to sink,

To fade away -

Because I don't want to make

Any more regrets.

Maybe It's my last breath,

Maybe It's my last vision,

Maybe It's my last word -

But, my soul...I loved you.
