My Prayer

In the busy garden, she prays

She looks to God to guide her ways.

In God alone she trusts –

Even if her world combusts.

In times of uncertainty,

She remembers the promise of God’s eternity.

Nothing is too big or small –

With God she can conquer all.

If her mind runs wild –

God will prune and groom His child.

With God she has nothing to fear –

For she knows that God is always near.

Even in times of despair and doubt,

With God she will find a way out.

And in times of joy and hope she will give prayers of thanks;

Because she knows only God can refill her tanks.

In the busy garden she prays,

Because God is with her all her days.
